1. Cancellation Policy
Refunds on cancellation are calculated based on how many days before your check-in date the cancellation request is received:
7 Days or more before Check-in
minus 5% processing fee
3 to 6 Days before Check-in
of the booking amount
Less than 72 Hours before Check-in
amount will not be refunded
2. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment (UPI / Bank Transfer) within 5–7 working days from the date the cancellation is confirmed.
3. Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities or government lockdowns preventing travel to Ayodhya, we may offer a full refund or a free date change.
